Day one off of Facebook newsfeed was kind of rough to be honest. Almost as bad as day one off cigarettesš¬. Not quite thoughš. I am...over a month cigarettes free by the way. I announced that on FB and not here. I kind of thought this group was fizzled. If it's just Ingrid, me, Love, and Bob I'm still in! Also considering making one of these wix spaces....for artsy fartsy and funny stuff to chat onš. Must carry on to evening chores.š

Love ā¤ļø š¤£š¤£š¤£ There are days we all feel as suchš¤Ŗ And you hit on one of my favorite wordsā¦Choice. Itās a superpower most think they donāt possess. Butā¦itās the one power we all have. If only we all chose to make decisions for our highest goodā¦trusting the little voice in our head, our intuition. Most second guess their first thought which is your higher self, thinking we know a better way. Iāve tripped and fallen over many second (and third choices) lol. Do what brings you peaceā¦in moderation š I work two jobs-16 hours a day. I used to have a nightcap just to unwind and help me get my 4 hours sleep before the next day. Otherwise..Iād be up binge watching seasons of Stranger Thingsš I now light an incense and meditate. Drinking was faster, but got tired of waking up on the couch lol
