I am UPPING my gratitude game, my friends!
I have an entire moleskin notebook dedicated to the practice and art of daily gratitude. I challenge myself to cram a whole page with things I'm grateful for in my life right now.
You know what happens when I do this? Insane inspiration and clarity hits me and I spend a good chunk of these pages writing out these ideas for my life, my business, my health, etc.
It's like a page of gratitude is WD40 to my inspiration wheel.
It's fucking fantastic and feels so good.
