An Ingrid Update All of this was going to be launched tomorrow, but I caught the Rona on the plane 😫 I’m okay - I’m uncomfortable and fatigued as hell, but I’m doing okay. My dear friend and former student, Dena, lives in this area, and amazingly, we both caught Covid at the same time. She has graciously opened her home for me to recover with her, which is a whole lot better than going through this in a campground in 100 degree heat! I feel insanely blessed. If I needed to go through this, I could not be in a better place at a better time with a better human. So, since a wrench was hurled into my gears, I’m launching spirit weekends one week later, on Saturday, July 2nd. But I decided to go ahead and give you access to the specials right now, and you can book for next week. Again, there are a limited number of appointments, and once they are gone, they are gone.
