Thoughts on disappointment whether its of yourself, another, both?

sometimes involving shame, blame. i know it all comes back to you; however, is apology or communication necessary with another or does it depend on the situation.

would you have to feel that? ie you communicate and other person reacts like its nothing or its something. or you just work on yourself as your only concern. just feel it let it go then move on

i know disappointment can lead to sadness, depression yet i know it needs to be let go too.

wondering why i am getting hammered with so much stuff all at once. very challenging my chakras are telling me this🔥🙏🙏😯
