ok so the topic of fears/triggers has come up wondering if anyone cares to share have you ever had severe painful confusing one(s) that interfere with spiritual practices,prevent clarity so that rash regrettable decisions are usually made because you don't know how to ask for help or know if its ok to do so since its your problem no one else's. thanks i hope this makes sense. 💔
