hey everyone got any tips to keep present in the moment? or to stop trying to predict things that could happen revolving around a situation. that weird thing i do try to figure the outcomes before hand trying to plan them out. if something happens i will do this or maybe this or that. drives me crazy at times spin spin spin. although i believe i am getting better but some of those triggers can be overwhelming especially multi triggers. finding peace maybe a struggle💖

Ken (and Donna) - you just have to practice bringing your mind back to the present moment. None of us are 100% at it, but you get better and it gets easier with practice. The breath is a really good anchor point. When you start to spin, take 3 deep breaths. I like to do hard breaths.
