just curious anyone have any interesting experiences with Ingrid that you want to share.
from me: i just stumbled across her on facebook. i was like ok what's with this cool looking groovy spiritual enthusiastic woman so i checked her out along with bhava & CHC. first, i was like was this only for women, but then i caught a broadcast with her and Lou and he commented nice to see a guy comment 😁. then i started watching sunday broadcasts and she noticed me. it took awhile to accept being noticed from her after all we were both new to one another (only since March 2021). so i booked some stuff with her and still learning from her. she's is very supportive and understanding with me.

I made a few Facebook friends who became instrumental in my healing process. One shared one of Ingrid's posts that really resonated with me. Then I saw we had several mutual friends all whom I collected from 2 other individuals. Any friend of theirs is a friend of MINE😁. THEN, in following her more closely discovered that I may be able to dig deeper into my healing process here🥰
