Cancel your appointment 24 hours before your booking and receive a 50% refund. Cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your booking and no refund will be issued. Reschedule: Please give me 24 hours notice to reschedule so I have an opportunity to fill your spot. Less than 24 hours notice to reschedule will result in a $50 reschedule fee.
